December 20th, 2024. Please make sure you book a room through our travel agent before this date to ensure you have a room at the resort! You will only need to pay a deposit by this date. You will have to have your room paid in full by February 1st, 2025.

Unfortunately, once you commit to the room block you will need to pay for the room.

The hotel does not send out a confirmation email to each individual who books through the room block. As of now, the hotel does not have everyone's names only the reserved rooms. We will send the hotel everyone's names at the beginning of the year. Once we do this there is a confirmation code you can use if you would like to call the resort and verify everything for your room. Confirmation Code: 160303C
