Barceló Maya Grand Resort
Hello All!
We have a room block through Barcelo Maya Grand Resort. We are hoping everyone will be at the same hotel (Barcelo Maya- Caribe) within the resort, but there is a chance we may be spread out. All of the hotels are within walking distance of each other and the wedding. To book your room please reach out to our travel agent Megan Lundquist at megan@lunamoons.com.
The room block dates are listed above; you are welcome to extend your trip as long as you would like. The rates of the room block extend 3 days in either direction of the block. If you plan to stay any longer the rates may change. All of the rooms in the room block are the superior rooms which are the standard rooms at the resort.
Rates:
Single Person- $298/ per night
Double Occupancy- $186/ per person/ per night or $372/ night for the couple
If you are adding a 3rd or 4th adult each person is an additional $149/ night
Children are an additional $93/ night

Shared transfer restrictions:
Schedule services from 08:00hrs – 20:00hrs. If need a shuttle outside this schedule, must hire private service.
Pick up departure time cannot be modify, (it can be up to 24 hours before your flight time)
Full flight information needed with at least 48hrs in advance.
In this kind of service, clients had to share with clients from other agencies and different flights, waiting a top of 40 min. at the ariport.
Could make Maximum 4 stops counting your hotel (apply for in & out).
